RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — BESTIALE BEAUTY

This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to purchases made through the Bestiale Beauty website.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you purchase as a consumer from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to provide a reason.
For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
Where multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by means of a clear and unambiguous statement.

3. RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

This recommendation does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.
Where possible, products should be returned with their original packaging and with sufficient information to identify the relevant order.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. SEALED PRODUCTS AND EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;

goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;

other goods or services that fall within a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
Depending on their nature and packaging, certain cosmetic products may fall within the exception applicable to sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Where a statutory exception applies, the relevant product cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
Sale and promotional items benefit from the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price products unless a legal exception applies.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, unless Bestiale Beauty expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires Bestiale Beauty to bear those costs.
If a product is defective, non-conforming, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied due to an error on our part, your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
Returning fragrances
Fragrances containing alcohol may be subject to specific transport requirements because they may be classified as flammable goods.
Before returning a fragrance, please contact us at info@bestialebeauty.com so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not send a fragrance using a shipping method that does not permit the transport of such goods.
6. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the amounts due in accordance with applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery paid when placing your order.
If you expressly selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Bestiale Beauty, the additional delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may, however, withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without additional fees.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
7. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If an item is damaged, defective, non-conforming or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review your request and provide the remedies to which you are entitled under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE — BELGIUM AND EUROPEAN UNION
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantees provided under applicable consumer protection law.
For consumers covered by the Belgian statutory guarantee of conformity, new consumer goods are in particular covered by a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
Where a lack of conformity is covered by the statutory guarantee, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
Rights arising from the statutory guarantee are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not affected by this Returns & Refund Policy.
The statutory guarantee does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage or other circumstances that do not constitute a lack of conformity under applicable law.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
9. RETURNS FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO THE UNITED STATES
The European Union's 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described above does not automatically apply to orders delivered to the United States.
For orders delivered to the United States, Bestiale Beauty accepts voluntary return requests made within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights available under applicable federal or state law.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the product must be:

unused;

unopened;

in its original condition;

returned with its original packaging;

accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for voluntary returns unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping costs for voluntary returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied by Bestiale Beauty or applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable U.S. federal law or the law of the state in which the customer resides.
10. REFUNDS FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS
Where a return is accepted under this policy, the purchase price of the eligible returned products will be refunded to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the consumer's applicable legal rights.

11. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to your purchase, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
