By proceeding with any transaction, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, which remain in effect for the duration necessary to deliver the purchased products.
- Pricing
All prices are stated in euros and include all applicable taxes. The website reserves the right to change prices at any time but will honor the rates effective when your order was placed.
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.
- Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping costs are detailed on the "Delivery Method" page. Products are dispatched within 0 to 2 days, or 5 to 7 days if not immediately available. Should there be any delay, customers will be notified via email. Packages are shipped via Colissimo or tracked mail, depending on weight. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Liability
The seller is not liable for contract non-fulfillment due to force majeure, including strikes. We disclaim any responsibility for the consequences of using our products. The advice and information on our site are not intended as medical recommendations or diagnostics. Furthermore, product images and descriptions on our website are illustrative and not binding. Errors in these descriptions or images will not result in liability. Defective or damaged products will be exchanged at our expense, excluding issues caused by improper use or storage by the consumer. For damaged deliveries, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours by registered mail or email to customer service at info@bestiale.com.
- Right of Withdrawal
In line with mail order regulations, customers have a 15-day withdrawal period starting from the receipt date of the goods, extended to the next business day if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. Customers can cancel their order within this period by returning the unused and unopened goods at their expense, preferably via registered mail. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Customers are not required to provide a reason for the return.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian commercial law.
