Where are your products made? 📍
We manufacture all our cosmetic products ourselves in our workshop in Liège, Belgium.
We don't have any large industrial machines; most of our work is done by hand, unit by unit.
Do your products contain palm oil? 🌴
We do not use palm oil in our lipsticks.
Are your cosmetic products vegan and not tested on animals? 🐰
Our products are all vegan and we do not test on animals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? 🤱
We've formulated our lipsticks with ingredients that are allergen-free. The natural origin of our products makes them suitable for even the most sensitive skin. You can find the INCI list on each product page.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women? 🤰🏻
Our products are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Are your products suitable for atopic skin? 🤚
Our products have not been specifically tested to address any particular issue. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of our products on problem skin. However, there are no known contraindications; our products are made with natural ingredients to be as universal as possible and as healthy as possible for both skin and the planet.

What is the delivery time? 📦
For delivery to Belgium and France, please allow between 3 and 5 working days from the date of your order.
How much does delivery cost? 👛
Our delivery costs are 3 euros for EU member countries and free for Belgium and France.
Can we visit your workshop? 🚶
Unfortunately, our manufacturing workshop cannot accommodate the public because we do not meet the ERP (Public Access Establishment) standard.
What to do if there is a problem with the order? 🤦
If you have any problems with your order (delivery, error, etc.), you can contact us at info@bestiale.com. We will respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
