Shipping Policy – Bestiale Beauty

1) Scope of application
This policy applies to all orders placed on the Bestiale Beauty website, operated by Bestiale Makeup SRL, Rue Guillaume Reynen 135, 4432 Alleur, Belgium.

We currently ship to the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States (US).

2) Order processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics center in Belgium.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
During peak periods (new launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

3) Shipping methods and delivery times

  • Belgium and European Union
    Shipping via Bpost, DPD, or DHL depending on the destination.
    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
    Free shipping for orders over €60 (after discounts).

  • United Kingdom
    Shipping via DHL or Royal Mail International.
    Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
    Customs duties and UK VAT are included at checkout to avoid unexpected fees.

  • United States
    Shipping via DHL Express or UPS.
    Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
    Import duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on US regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or delays beyond our control.

4) Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

5) Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-free, as Belgium is an EU member state.
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped under the IOSS or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system when applicable, meaning VAT is included at checkout.
Orders to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Bestiale Beauty is not responsible for customs delays or for refusal to pay import duties.

6) Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address entry.

7) Damaged parcels or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bestialebeauty.com, including photos of the parcel and its contents.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

8) Lost or delayed shipments
If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@bestialebeauty.com.
We will open a case with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend or fully refund your order.

9) Returns related to delivery
If a package is refused or returned due to customs refusal, non-payment of taxes, or failure to collect, we will refund the product amount minus the initial and return shipping costs, once the parcel has been received back in our warehouse.
